What I Offer

Therapy

I provide ongoing therapeutic services to adolescents and young adults (ages 16-26) and adults (ages 26+). I specialize in working with the LGBTQ community, women, and non-binary individuals around issues of identity development, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, career development, parenting and caregiving roles, and other non-emergent issues. I see clients weekly, every-other-week, or monthly. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

Assessment

I provide early Autism assessment for children ages 1-4 years old. This assessment process includes one intake session and one assessment session at my office in Cambridge, plus a feedback session which may be scheduled in-person or virtual. Clients will receive a written report to access services or provide referrals within 30 days and a diagnostic letter at the time of the feedback session.

Coaching

I provide parent coaching on how to create an environment best suited to support your child’s specific behavioral or emotional needs, how to manage your own feelings and reactions to your child, and how to bring joy back into the process of parenting. Ideally, all primary caregivers will participate in this work, but I am able to work with many parenting arrangements. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

Fees and Logistics

I offer both in-person and virtual services. With the exception of assessments which must be administered in-person, and certain weekly times at which I only work virtually, you may choose which venue you prefer.

I currently accept all BCBS insurance plans and accept private pay clients. I also offer super bills for out-of-network services with other providers. Depending upon your healthcare plan and the services you receive from me, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

In order to increase access to my services, I offer a percentage of my services at low cost. Please inquire with me should you require a fee reduction in order to access services with me.

Initial 15-minute Consult: Complimentary
Psychotherapy: $180 per 50-min Session
Parent Training: $180 per 50-min Session
Early Autism Assessment: $2,500 All-Inclusive

My practice requires that you place a credit card in good standing on file. For psychotherapy or coaching sessions, your card will be charged automatically following the session, within the week of service. Assessment fees are collected upfront unless otherwise arranged.
